Get native plants on your land
To get started, consider the size of your land and your revegetation needs, then explore some of our detailed information pages below.
Revegetate smaller scale landscapes
Order high-quality seedlings
Our Westwood Nursery specialises in providing local seedlings for most areas of South Australia. We also provide high-quality provenance seedlings via volunteer programs such as the Tree Scheme.
Get native tubestock
Our Tree Scheme Program helps you plant out smaller areas of up to 500 plants every year. Done with the help of volunteers, or the option of growing your own, our tubestock establish windbreaks, reduce erosion and improve local habitat.
Buy a Start From Seed kit
For individuals, groups or schools a $60 Start From Seed kit contains everything you need to grow robust native seedlings from seed. After six months they are ready to plant out in the school grounds, in a local reserve, to take home or to sell as a fundraiser. We offer a variety of species including butterfly attracting plants. You can grow up to two different species per kit.
Revegetate large-scale landscapes
Revegetate broadscale areas
Our Direct Seeding Program helps landholders seed large properties in a short time. We sustainably collect seed from a local site to take the pressure off existing remnant vegetation and ensure genetic diversity. Direct Seeding can also be supplemented with tubestock from our nursery.
Establish the next generation of large trees
Leave a legacy of large trees on your property with our Paddock Tree Projects. These large-scale habitat creation projects are based in the Limestone Coast and bushfire affected regions from the Cudlee Creek fire scar. By planting scattered eucalypts, sheoaks, acacias and native pines we can provide shelter for stock, improve soil health, provide critical habitat for declining bird species and aid in the recovery of bushfire affected regions.
