New CEO appointed
On behalf of the Trees For Life board it gives me great pleasure as President to announce that Jessica McKelson will commence in mid-November as the new Chief Executive Officer of Trees For Life.
Jess has been the General Manager of Conservation at Phillip Island Nature Parks in Victoria for the past 8 years. Prior to that she worked in various leadership roles integrating wildlife conservation and community development in Indonesia. You’ll be able to read more about Jess in forthcoming editions of ReLeaf.
Whilst Natasha is sadly departing at the end of the month, TFL will still be in very capable hands until Jess is on board, with senior manager Vicki-Jo Russell as Acting CEO.
